The Hungarian HírTV (NewsTV) interviewed interns and company leaders about evopro's recruitment process.
The news magazine “Bruttó” featured evopro in one of its program about employing recently graduated engineers. As explained in their introduction, getting work experience abroad after graduation is extremely important for an engineer's career, while it's in the interest of the country and the society to have those young engineers return to and thrive in their home country. The evopro group provides an exemplary model for this.
Students completing their internships at the engineering company have stressed that gaining practical experience utilizing the various educational models at the company is also necessary along with the theoretical knowledge they have received from their colleges. Dr. Zsolt Szepessy, department head at the innovation lab have explained that interns are also involved in certain phases of research and development projects. He brought up the example of the dynamic railway measurement system's development in which interns were also involved, interns who are now employees at the company.
Jens Siebrecht, vice president of the EADS group highlighted the exceptional quality of Hungarian higher education. After several attempts in the Far East their company group has now turned its attention to the European labor market. He cited the example of their strategic partnership with the evopro group which was a direct result of the outstanding quality of the professional work evopro has demonstrated in various international projects. Balázs Bodnár, managing director of evopro Ltd. explained that the secret to a proper knowledge base is to have the right mixture of seasoned engineers and enthusiastic, flexible newcomers.
