The 3 day long conference held in Budapest was attented by researchers from all around the world to share their ideas and findings in the field of biological and medical systems.

The 8th IFAC (The International Federation of Automatic Control) Symposium on Biological and Medical Systems was held in Budapest this year. Over one hundred researchers attended the 3 day long scientific conference, most of them came from abroad. Besides being the main sponsor of the conference, the evopro group was also a contributor with a presentation titled “Image Processing in an Automated Live Cell Imaging System” held by Imre Pechan from the Innovative Solutions department.

The International Federation of Automatic Control was founded in September 1957; its members are organizations conducting engineering and scientific activities in their respective countries. More details about the symposium can be read on its website
