Schoolgirls from high schools who chose to visit the evopro group during „Girls' Day 2014” were the first to try out the electric drive prototype of the MODULO bus family. Besides getting to know the engineering company's composite structure, zero-emission electric bus they also got an insight into the world of automation, innovative projects, mobile IT, mechanical design, and industrial design.

The international movement known as “Girls' Day” was held for the third time in Hungary, organized by the Women in Science Association. The event provided an opportunity to learn about “male” specialties like IT, electronics, and technical areas. Around Hungary 5 research institutions, 10 universities, and 43 multinational and Hungarian companies – the evopro group amongst them – offered nearly 70 programs to the high school girls.  The goal of the event is to make professions related to innovation and technology more attractive to girls who are about to choose a career through their own experiences, thus providing a chance to significantly increase the proportion of women in engineering and IT careers.

The evopro group – as a winner of the Family-Friendly Company and Best Workplace for Women awards – has been a patron of this event from the beginnings. During the open day the schoolgirls could get a glimpse into the life of the group. After a general introduction to the company they got an overview of the workings of the engineering branches, then they met with female engineers of the company who spoke about their own success stories. The highlight of the day was the test of the recently introduced MODULO Medio Electric bus, thus making the schoolgirls the first who could travel with the evopro group's composite-structure electric bus.
